La Himalaya’s goal was to increase SERP (Search Engine Result Pages) visibility, bring qualified leads, maximise reach and following on social media platforms (specifically on Instagram and Facebook). The client wanted us to focus our efforts on generating organic leads from Google through keywords related to ‘road trips to Spiti valley.’
Our team designed a WordPress based SEO-friendly, responsive, and user + Googlebot friendly website. The SEO strategy was to first build authority of the website through local business listings and citation, and through improving backlink profile of the domain. Then we planned a search engine optimization (SEO) campaign targeted at queries related to road trips and travel to Spiti valley during winter and summer season.
The client reached organic traffic of over 5000+ in less than 9 months, while successfully scaling customer acquisition cost. The campaign helped achieve the client rank #1 for over 10 keywords in Google (SERP), and a 78% increase in form signups organically.
